Meet Dean
Dean has been an investor in rental properties, vacation homes, and taking a raw piece of Land and developing it into a residential community. Part of what makes Dean’s ability to help a family find a “home” or help an investor develop his portfolio is his experience in the technical side of real estate. Dean claims, “So many Real Estate Agents claim to know real estate but could not tell you the difference between the soffit, tail, and fascia on a home; or explain what the meaning of that letter “X” and that letter “T” etched into the sidewalk in front of your house.”
